Our Story
Meeting the Challenge Since 1975
BJ Rees's Enterprise and Reesco Manufacturing & Sales can trace their roots to Blaine Rees's natural drive for innovation and problem-solving.
Rees began working on his own at the age of 22, opening a small welding shop to do odd jobs for local farmers and others around the Salt Lake City area. When the oil industry began booming, Rees rigged up a portable welding truck and took to the field. After quickly acquiring a fleet of owned and subleased trucks, Rees expanded his capabilities to installing pipelines and related services. After a couple of years, Rees decided to purchase and develop land of his own in Wyoming—the beginnings of a portable crushing operation that has since grown into a multi-state endeavor.

Crushing became the centerpiece of Rees's Enterprise and remains so today. Crushing operations involve portable contract crushing throughout the Western and Midwest United States and Hawaii, as well as supplying aggregate materials to customers through the company's pit in Nevada.
In addition to our crushing capabilities, our Coalville, UT fabrication shop handles steel fabrication and manufacturing for our customers as well as our in-house operations. We design and build much of the equipment we use, such as screen and crusher chassis, belt frames, and feeders.
Our design and manufacturing capabilities allow us to meet any challenge for the aggregate industry.
